It is wet season in Bali but a record number of tourists land in Bali airport this year. Tourists from Europe, Canada, US and Australia come visit this beautiful island in Indonesia. This year attracted huge amount of tourists from Russia and some statistics mention a number of 50 000 people are expected to land in Bali airport in the first 3 months of this year. January and February are very wet so make sure you prepare umbrellas and rain ponchos. Arrange your transportation ahead of time with your tour operator or you can use taxi in airport Bali, but make sure you use bluebird taxis, as they are the only ones that are authorized to operate. Trip to kuta will cost you around 40K Rupiahs so don't be fooled.
